We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription period. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the "Refund" option next to the relevant order, or contact our support at the address on our website and we will forward the request.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations after the 30-day window, unless required by law.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster than your bank can.
